Sure - I rebased and I'm running things locally. I'm pretty sure this is fine.

We've also written a lot more tests over the last year (and the CI)

I'm ambivalent on this one - people who want to work with the examples typically also want to make changes to source code.

In that case I will close for now, at least until we get a compelling use-case.

If we pick a specific version we should also pick a new language standard so that lambdas are formatted correctly.

Let me rebase and see what happens.

All the tests pass locally for me. Lets make sure the CI is happy and merge.
