refactor: rewrite using `flake-parts` module for better flexibility

This is not a small number of files.

The huge diff is mostly because of the facter.json files. Now, the amount of files is bigger because I can split everything is smaller modules. I still need to migrate stuff from the folder _to_migrate to the new structure... but I do that slowly as I need to generate the facter.json files on the machine, which I don't have access all the time.
