This warning is not global and does not affect metrics and recommended configurations. We'll fix it in the next release in August.

Tested on Amazon Linux 2. The problem is in performance of mysqltuner database size calculation on mysql installations with more than 1000 databases.

For MySQLTuner was set "skipsize" option. Did you edit the script or execute as is?

When the "skipsize" options were removed file z_aiops_mysql.cnf contains {«message»: «Internal server error»}

Report filesize more than 6Mb it is limit for Amazon service and cause of the problem. We could try to compress the report before send it to service.

We didn't test Releem Agent with mysql_config_editor. We're going to test it. I'll keep you informed.
