The option to connect Economy costs to an NPC account/bank

Add 2 new config options; server-bank-enabled: false/true & server-bank-name: "bank" I'm a terrible coder and just started with Spigot 2 days ago, but here is an example I put together: https://hasteb.in/emodamey.java

So you just want any money spent by players getting vaults to go to a server account?

Have any money spent to either create or open the vault go to a selected/configured server account/bank. I have forked PlayerVaults and made a temp solution for my needs, but would be a nice feature for future updates :+1:
