feature request | Factionless Players

would it be possible in the next update ? when enabling factionless players in the config, Factionless players can pvp in any or selected faction territory's making joining a faction an option for the users with the ability to raid.

I can not find a place to request a feature and i see other people making requests here so i hope this is ok

Or perhaps allow a way for neutral factions to fight in each other's territory without having to enemy them.

that's a separate request,but also a good one for betraying another faction and starting a war @Agazed
