Faction bank based player salaries/splits

Idea

Add a command to split faction bank balance between fac members or faction groups based on %'s

Details

Ex cmd: /f money split {to group or user} {%of whole faction balance to split} {% value or even split} Additional features:

• Make it possible to split a set % amount of faction balance between multiple different groups/users in one command.
• Add an option to enable and configure an automatic split from the faction balance between different groups. Example: Recruits get (10%/amount of players in group) of all money deposited, members get 20%, moderators get 30% and so on.
• Add an option to enable and configure daily player salary based on faction group rank, with all money paid to players coming from faction balance. Example: Recruits get (10%/amount of players in group) members get 20%... etc.
