Suggestion - PvP Power Control
Idea
A new way to gain power. Rather than gaining power for time spent online, power is gained through PvP. Especially PvP with other factions.
Details
The ability to get power by killing players. Say, one player kills quals +X amount of power. A player death equals -X amount of power. The ability to penalize the killing of new players would be great for this feature, too. For example, if someone brand new joins the server, they essentially gain an hour play-time grace period where killing them gives the killer a small power reduction. This prevents people from A.) Remaining factionless for an advantage and B.) continuously picking on and killing new players for easy power. If you've ever played DayZ or any variant of that, it'd be similar to killing a Bambi (new player), you gain a penalty, rather than get rewarded. Perhaps maybe even set it up so that if you kill a player in a faction, you'd get slightly more than killing a player who is factionless. That will also incentivize the fighting between factions rather than singling people out. People will also still have incentive to join a faction because they will have no land protection if they do not.
