Translation Issues

Problem 1:

• Dynamic username is not good for translating. For example: "[username] disbanded [faction]." is goes like you disbanded your faction or UnioDex disbanded its faction For my knowledge, this might work for English but this will not work in any Agglutinative language or French or Italian. I don't know about other languages but there are similar issues directed that Norwegian is also not working with this system.

Problem 2:

• I mentioned Agglutinative languages before. In these languages you add bound morphemes to end of the word. For example in English you need to put (s) bound morpheme to end of the word if we use third person. "He plays Minecraft." "I play Minecraft". In my native language (Turkish) we put almost every bound morpheme to end of the word. "I play Minecraft" is translated like this: "Minecraft oynarım." We put person subject to end of the adverb. I hope I could provide enough insight. So what's the problem? For example look at GENERIC_NOPERMISSION and GENERIC_DOTHAT keys. "You don't have permission to %1$s." "do that" Since agglutinative languages adds bound morphemes to end we can't correctly translate it. I will add affix to "do that" sentence but i need to know if this is positive or not. Also ACTIONS.NOPERMISSION "{faction} does not allow you to {action}" I need to know what is that action so I can add the correct affix to it.

There are a lot more problems and I will address or fix them with a PR but for right now I created this issue for awareness. Maybe other bilingual people might want to contribute. This is a really hard plugin to translate but with some improvements we can do it easier.
