I must admit that as a software guy, the physics and electrical engineering behind the final determination of whether this change will be a problem is increasingly beyond my expertise....

> A bigger cost saving might be to use a RPi pico ($4) instead of the custom PCB. Faster, on-board data storage, serial IO as well as I2C, available without...

At the moment, we don't have plans for this. However, there's no reason why it couldn't be created with a few modifications to the 3d printed parts.

I think this is no longer necessary anymore.

Oops, I mistook this for something else. I guess this is still useful, but it doesn't conform to the updated documentation anymore, so it might need reworking.

@darigovresearch It looks like @leonhma has already accepted the invitation.

Actually you'd think this is a very simple feature to introduce but it's shockingly difficult. A primitive version would be to check that the variance of the filament has not...

I think this is a great idea, and an important consideration, but also potentially out of scope for this specific GitHub project. I think it would make sense to have...

Nothing wrong with this idea, but it could potentially raise the BOM cost significantly. At the very least, it will require changes to the PCB design and layout. Since calibration...

It looks like in #8 there was an I2C interface implemented, though I'm not sure how it works and haven't tested it yet. Perhaps there is some potential to do...
