Option for Easy Mode to set emulator to portable mode

I was just trying out SimpleLauncher and I like it a lot! A feature I think would be nice and convenient is if there was an option for the emulators downloaded through Easy Mode to be set to portable mode if possible, or perhaps have them portable by default. I've only downloaded the Nintendo Wii (Dolphin) emulator through Easy Mode, so I haven't checked the others if they're portable or not, but Dolphin's data was seemingly stored in %appdata%.

Here is a list of emulators that I've used before trying SimpleLauncher and set to portable mode, for reference:

I believe some other emulators that I've used before were portable by default and didn't need to be changed to a portable mode, but I haven't documented them.
