Not working at all on windows 10 touch device

The demos aren't working on a windows 10 surface pro (I checked latest edge & chrome) and I was unable to make it work myself neither.

@johannesjo mouse or touch screen events not working?

The touch events. Not even the paning (of which I am a little surprised). With the mouse it works all fine.

@johannesjo I, unfortunately, cannot check on a Windows 10 touch device. Could you help with debugging? I will describe the procedure.

I am sorry, but I can't. Little bit under time pressure here, now sticking to a custom solution and I just have very temporary access to the device.
