Tooltip lose placement position when switch from Dark mode to Light mode

Hi all.

My default placement is Top and Bottom alternating, as you can see from the GIF below. Through an Angular function I can switch from Light theme and Dark theme. But when I do that, it seems the original placement is lost. Why?
