Adding scroll-context

  • Added attribute directive "scroll-context" which allows to correctly display tooltips located in blocks with clipped content
  • Fixed a bug where the tooltip had several incompatible placement classes (i.e .tooltip-right.tooltip-bottom)
  • Fixed a bug related to changing the position of the tooltip when quickly scrolling
