how to merge subtitles and mkv

So I ran the cell it asked "Insert track:" I put mkv file and a few options later it again asked for "Insert track:" I added .ass subtitle set option eng, default, etc then it again asked for "Insert track:" but I don't want to put another track but to get output instead. How Can I Do that?

@Nisekoi-1 After adding all tracks you want, type 'done' in inputFile: (Updated!) to continue.
