Implement ability to search for objects in the UI

We’ve been getting away with updating the URL in order to get to the device we’re looking for. With the new changes coming, it would be nice to search a subset of networks or devices based off queries such as:

devices in cluster=xyz2a row=j
networks in cluster_rack=xyz2a-ra1 +cluster_rack=xyz2a-ra2
networks of type=server cluster_rack=abc2a-ra1 +cluster_rack=abc2a-ra2

(For example)
