Change a file/folder status from Local to Online Only and Online Only / Local

Hello, I have to move several TB of data from one team dropbox to another and via web this is not possible since the operation stops for every share issue.

I'm doing it using my pc as bridge and it would be really useful to be able to set a file as local or online only via cmd line.
