why this source code does not work?

Dear @graham @cbguder @outoftime @danielrh @pathorn :

I tried several version(latest, 09f1091 and aa35c99) of avrecode, and the compress ratio is always 100% which means it does not work... I tried High/Main/Baseline Profile, it does not work... I tried the Deprecated one(losslessh264), it works and the compress ratio is about 86%.

    why avrecode does not work, please HELP ME...
