Describe the application architecture in README

Open danvick opened this issue 3 years ago • 6 comments

The repository is lacking a description of the architecture

We should add the architecture guide on the README under the Architecture section

Just have a few questions relating to this.

What architecture is being considered at the moment? Which state management solution is being considered? Will a routing package be used or will the flutter navigator be used, and if so, will it be Navigator 1.0 or 2.0?

Hi @mboyamike,

We are having a meeting today @ 7PM EAT to discuss these questions, maybe you should join.

I understand it may be short notice since it's like in a few minutes

Just seeing the message. Thank you @danvick Could you share with me the meeting link?

Sorry @mboyamike, I didn't see your message since I was chairing the meeting.

Here's the breakdown: Architecture: Feature-based ("clean") architecture State management: Riverpod Routing: go_router (Navigator 2.*)

We'll be having meetings weekly and communicate meeting links in time

Oh no worries. Thanks for getting back to me

These all look good. Awesome! Which channel will you use to communicate about the meetings?

We'll be creating Meetup events on our Meetup page and we'll also notify the community of other platforms like Whatsapp and Telegram. We want to involve the Flutter community in development, even those who will not be part of the development team can join in and listen to the discussions.
