Auto unpauses

I discovered the extension today and it's amazing. If I navigate to a different tab, the playing tab automatically pauses successfully. However, for some reason, seemingly at random intervals, if I manually pause a tab, the video gets automatically unpaused.

I'm unsure how as I disabled all auto resume.

I've seen the same issue but haven't figured out why it's happening. Have to try to reproduce with logging on.
