linters / validators needed beyond beautifiers

📝 Proposal

expanding https://github.com/drodil/backstage-plugin-toolbox/pull/7 which only has the beautify included, it would be nice to have a json linter like https://www.npmjs.com/package/jsonlint and https://www.npmjs.com/package/yaml-lint to not only get a beautified format but also telled what is going wrong
