As a article writer I would like to know if my users like my article or not. Currently I don't know what they voted for but only that 4 persons voted

Maybe similar to youtube with thumbs up or down count or the arrows with count.

It's not actually showing the number of votes, it's showing the score where upvote is +1 and downvote is -1. So it can also be a negative number. Of course it could show how many up and downvotes are given for example when hovering the score.
