feat: Articles section, article provides a highly visible Leave a comment Button
🔖 Need
Users don't see the comment button on articles page, it's tiny, it's not where you would expect it. So they will not comment. New users need a onboarding to use the current functionality.

Below the article is some padding then a "leave a comment button" that invites the user to comment.
