Hello, Thanks for putting this up, but I think that this might be ICD9-CM, not ICD-9. As you are probably aware, ICD9-CM is an adaptation of ICD-9 developed in the US and not the original ICD9. See wikipedia for details (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Statistical_Classification_of_Diseases_and_Related_Health_Problems#ICD-9). Do you mind putting a note to that effect on your read me, as it may mislead some researchers? In the UK, for instance, we use ICD9 as originally specified, not ICD9CM. best wishes, David
