issue with Emgu.CV.World

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: 'Could not load file or assembly 'Emgu.CV.World, Version=4.1.1.3497, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7281126722ab4438'. The system cannot find the file specified.'

I have an issue with the loading of Emgu.CV.World.dll when try to run function TapImg Have try to set properties of Emgu.CV.World Copy Local = true , but still not work
