Updates to the Gateway document to better support novice users. Added a section to describe log file configuration, instead of relying on the python programmer's documentation. Needs further review.

Feature suggestion: pvxget and pvxmonitor could use more output options

Output options for pvxget and pvxmonitor aren't as mature as caget/camonitor, including numeric formatting and more. This request is also being made of pvget/pvmonitor.
