WAMP or Windows server Livepoll instructions?

I was wondering if there are any setup institutions for WAMP or a Windows server environment for the LivePoll feature. Thank you so much for this excellent software.

There are some instructions for setting up a livepoll server at https://github.com/drlippman/imathas-extras. The livepoll server uses Node. It might be possible to get it to run under the linux subsystem for Windows, but I've never tried so can't help with instructions for that.

Thanks for the reply. It will be nice to leave this question open just in case someone that has some experience with deploying the Livepoll service in a windows server environment can provide some input.
