[BUG]: Autocompletion is slooow when combined with tRPC

Describe the Bug

When using with tRPC the inferred types take too long (about 8-10 seconds). Previously we were using the the same schemas with Prisma and tRPC was able to provide autocompletion hints within 1-2s max, but ever since using drizzle it is almost impossible to develop. I've noticed the worsen whenever we use schemas with references.
