Added bun sql migrator to drizzle-kit

Bun users can now use bunx --bun drizzle-kit migrate|push etc. Docs should be updated.

Just FYI https://orm.drizzle.team/docs/get-started/bun-sql-new does not currently work, you end up with the error that lead me to this PR.
