Just a note from us at Linuxserver.io, this upstream fix won't make it into our container until this is a "release" and/or picked up by alpine in their edge repo....

Not the dev or anyone of importance, but just reading this insulted me. So, you have a paid product and you're asking the dev to make changes purely to suit...
if you want support with the docker container, ask the people who make the docker container. Your issue has nothing to do with calibre-web itself. When/If you do seek support...
