IMHO, PowerTools should be as agnostic as possible, JUL should be used for Logging as it's the Standard in the Java Language. The Implementer should have the ability to choose...

@garretwilson , there's still an issue with that approach. It's opinionated. You're pretty much telling everyone that they would be forced to use Logback
