Publish Zamba on Zenodo to get a DOI for citations

Zenodo is an open science/open research repository. Research materials, including sofware, that are deposited on Zenodo get a record and DOI that can be used in citations.

A first pass at this probably should be just manually creating a deposition and entering the correct metadata.

• [ ] Create new record for Zamba using the drivendata organization account
• [ ] Upload the most recent release of Zamba
• [ ] Add Zenodo DOI badge to README

In the future, we could potentially set up some automation that runs on new releases.

Unfortunately, the official GitHub-Zenodo integration requires admin permissions that are prohibitively insecure.
