Recommend installation with pipx

If CyFi is intended primarily for use as a CLI, then consider recommending installation with pipx. pipx is designed for managing the installation of Python CLIs—it will manage an isolated virtual environment for the program and also make the program globally available on the user's PATH without needing to activate the virtual environment.
