Error invoking construtor of AptamerPool backend Problem on GUI

Hi I have no coding experience and I am using the GUI of the AptaSUITE to get results for my Aptamer project. After I load all my Fastq files on to GUI and submit the request, the entire thing disappears. When I checked the log files, it is giving me these details. What am I doing wrong. please help
