Hello, I am trying to use AptaSuite but am having issues setting up (windows 10, aptasuite0.9.4). The executable jar file works but after inputting and choosing fastq files to open the window closes. When I check folder where the files were supposed to be saved there is a configuration.aptasuite file that does not open and a log that says this..Thanks for your time.

Looks like there is a mismatch between the location of the config file and the location of the seq files on the system. Are the fastq(.gz) files stored locally? There could be an issue if you're using a remote/cloud/mounted storage system. If you open the config file in Notepad(++) it should have written out the location of the seq files, make sure they have the correct path.
