Allow different primers for different rounds of SELEX

It would be nice to be able to specify different 5' and 3' ends for different rounds, or have the option to do so. We use a method that requires the introduction of an alternative 3' primer in a later round, but we would still like to compare enrichment data and perform other downstream analyses on these data sets.
