Add sorting in Drip List & Project listing pages

Add sorting to our table views.

• [ ] NAME - sort alphabetically, clicking again sorts reverse alphabetically, clicking again removes sorting
• [ ] OWNER - same alphabetical sorting. but when you alphabetically sort it, ignore all pure ETH addresses. Just always put them at the bottom of the sorting. because i wouldn't expect to see a bunch of ETH addresses when i sort alphabetically, even though I think technically they would show up before the letter "A"
• [ ] DRIPS TO - sort by most to least recipients, sort by least to most recipients. there's no removing this sorting since sorting by most to least is the default state
• [ ] SUPPORTERS - sort by most to least, least to most, and remove sorting
• [ ] Add an icon next to the header that is currently sorted by
• [ ] since the list is default sorted by most to least recipients, the sort-most-to-least icon should be displayed next to "DRIPS TO" by default.
