Update browser auto connect behavior

• connect it
• refresh the app
• it auto-reconnects as long as your browser wallet remains unlocked
• come back later, and your browser wallet has locked itself in the meantime
• open drips
• it doesn't try to reconnect and puts you in the disconnected state.
• click "connect wallet"
• wallet pops up and asks you to unlock before connecting.
• repeat
