tar: .BUILDINFO: Cannot open: File exists on required package libgcrypt

I am having the "tar: .BUILDINFO: Cannot open: File exists" issue as described in #102 #104 and #100 but it is on a required package "libgcrypt" so I can not continue using the usual trick of skipping it is there any fix?
