PCBWay question share/sell

Hi.

I'm interested in building a drone based on your project. I'm not an electronics engineer (SW engineer), I've just:

• downloaded/installed Kicad 8
• used the PCBway plugin to upload to convert to Gerber and upload to PCBway (automagically)
• about to hit go on the PCBway cart (~$88 fyi) and I've got the following question from one of their engineers:

Our engineer has checked your file, please check below.

There are some vias in SMD pads, pls check attached picture. Should we fill these vias with non-conductive resin? 

If not, there may be soldering problem.

If you accept vias filled with resin, do you need all the vias filled with resin or just those vias in pad filled with resin?

Do you know how to respond? FYI, I did see that they have a share/sell button on the checkout cart, so that you could create this project with them then sell it through them, so I guess some royalties would go to @dridri.
