Tutorial to add Orca processor to the overlay
About the issue of interrupt generation and interaction, the orca processor currently does not have that functionality of servicing external interrupts. We used the default parameters provided and that does say that it does not service interrupts.
Final changes for the ORCA tutorial. I have not added the ORCA repo because I feel it has additional content that may not be necessary for the repo. Hence the tutorial mentions separately git cloning that repo.
What do you mean by additional content?

They have setup files and additional overlay files for the orca processor which we don't use. But if it's needed, we could just add the whole repo.
I think adding the whole repo is best - but let’s discuss this next week. It minimizes configuration errors and guarantees that the end user gets the right commits.
Just make sure you add the right tag.
