adds title attribute to section title

Hi,

is there a problems with shortcodes on this theme ? I tried installing 2 plugins that use shortcodes (like http://wordpress.org/plugins/ml-slider/) and while they work on the 2013 wordpress theme they do are not executed on this theme. I had to switch back to 2013 theme. Anyone knows why and how to fix this ?
