FeatureRequest Send Digest for some roles only

We have private projects and on all of them a big group has right to create new issues nor more. This reporter role is part of the project but shall not get an digest for the project they only have the role reporter.

Digest shall only send to difined roles in project aka as assignable roles for issues. Would be great to be ale to configure that!
