Just a few changes to get things working on my laptop...

Color or alpha could also be instead mapped to dates: as.POSIXlt(location.df$Timestamp, origin = "2001-01-01")

I think you'll have to use full.names = TRUE, otherwise I get 21 NAs with list.dirs('/').

yeah we definitely need full.names = TRUE. I'm pretty sure that's what I used though?

I also thought I should mention: if anyone knows how to properly deal with unicode that would be awesome.

Ahhh, I looked at the wrong commit (I saw https://github.com/mikedewar/stalkR/commit/d2b8424a0fb5f2e509d4107080597228bfa5510e).
