--h1-title support?

When starting Gollum, it has the --h1-title option to set the title from the first h1 element on the page: https://github.com/gollum/gollum/wiki#titles

Does gollum-site support this feature? If so, how would I enable it?

While I'm at it, I'll ask about the --mathjax flag too: is there support for that as well?
