Tuya Smart Air Box - First functioning version

Known problems:

  • Device is shown as Smart Plug in Phoscon
  • Only one device can be paired, a second device fails pairing
  • After restart of deCONZ, the newly inrroduced nodes state/airqualityhchomgm3 and state/airqualityco2ppm disppear. They are only repopulated after deleting and rejoining the device

@triumvirrr can you pls update your branch ? I know so much PR are in waiting list, but yours add news sensors type, we need this code to be able to use them later in DDF.
