Adding Planning status to UI filter

Currently there is no Planning filter in UI on Jobs Tab. Its immensely difficult to traverse all jobs to find reflections that are waiting for other reflection to complete. Currently waiting reflections are in Planning state which is not covered by UI filter.

Probably current Enqueued filter can unite both Enqueued and Planning statuses? Let me knwo if it is

@rclintonrca I don't work for Dremio, but I did manage to get a PR pulled in. In general, you should assume a PR is not under review unless you hear otherwise. I asked Dremio about this directly back at the beginning of the year, and the message I got back was that while Dremio (the company) supports many various open source efforts such as Apache Arrow, Catalyst, etc... The Dremio-OSS release is mainly something produced internally, with external releases. In general, Dremio (the company) does not accept PR's for Dremio-OSS.
