Windows Don't Reach Bottom

I use a surface pro 6, meaning my device will periodically change from a laptop to a tablet. When in tablet mode, the windows will adjust accordingly, but when using retrobar, the window will not extend to the bottom of the screen to meet the actual bar, and sometimes this little glitch will last into laptop mode. Is there something I missed?
