Permanent 1 pixel line at bottom of screen with autohide enabled

Description

When using RetroBar with autohide enabled, it shows a 1 pixel line at the bottom of the screen while the taskbar is hidden.

Afaik this line is part of RetroBar so it can detect when the mouse moves to the bottom of the screen, which I think was the same behaviour as the default Windows 10 taskbar, but Windows 11 works around this by making the taskbar transparent while hidden. Maybe a similar solution could be used here?
