Mouse cursor repositioned when pressing start

Whenever I press start with RetroBar and StartAllBack both running, my mouse cursor gets placed at the bottom middle of the screen. Prior to installing RetroBar, this wasn't happening, so I'm assuming it might be something wtih RetroBar. Any suggestions?
