does anyone know how to fix my shortcuts not appearing to the taskbar

my pinned shortcuts arent appearing, and i have to use the start menu to access them, does anyone know how to help with this

Try to drag it in the quick launch area or put it in the quick launch folder

Open your documents folder then open Quick launch links folder copy and paste as shortcut your program files.
